* Once any Offer is accepted, ensure all appropriate parties (e.g lawyers) receive copies.

* Assist with activities associated with conditions contained in the Offer (e.g. home inspection, water sampling, property appraisal, survey, building permits, etc.).

* Ensure condition waivers are signed and processed on time.

* Provide assistance to lawyer, if requested.

* Facilitate final inspection prior to closing, if directed by lawyer.

* Assist in any other way that will assist you in making the acquisition of your new Muskoka property a most pleasureable experience.
