Jim and Iris, along with their two children, Shawn and Amanda, have for the past twenty years been year round cottagers in Muskoka. In 1995,   when returning to Canada from an executive assignment in Germany, they decided to move to where their hearts were - Muskoka.
Having traveled and worked in many different countries around the world, Jim and Iris can honestly say that Muskoka is one of the world's most picturesque places; a land of towering trees, rugged granite stone outcroppings, clean water and air.

 ABOUT LESLEY-ANNE: Lesley-Anne Goodfellow was born in Huntsville and has lived here all her life. She has worked extensively in the construction business that her family still operates in Northern Muskoka! Lesley-Anne's specialty is in sales. She began her career in real estate several years ago, selling new homes, waterfront condos, cottages and vacant land. Lesley-Anne loves to work with people to find that special Muskoka property that will be 'just right' for you.
 ABOUT AMANDA GARDINER: Life has come full circle for Amanda since her time at Lakefield College for grades 9 and 10 and graduating from Rosseau Lake College (RLC) in 2004. Amanda left RLC for a brief tenure at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver, and returned to Toronto graduating from the International Academy of Design and Technology with a Diploma in Photography.
Amanda made the decision to return to the area and work with her parents, Jim and Iris Gardiner, at Chestnut Park Real Estate Ltd. in Port Carling. In this career, she is able to use her artistic skills to stage and show homes to their best potential while putting into practice all of the marketing skills she has learned at RLC. The real estate season here makes it ideal so that she can pursue her passion of travel, photography and volunteer as assistant basketball coach at RLC during the winter months.
